I have just put out one of my first short films. Don’t critique it too hard because it was done very quickly with very little structure. The film is inspired by the Dada movement and the films they made during their short existence in the early 20th century. I want the short film to stay pretty open to interpretation as it is not meant to have a simple clear cut meaning or idea, but one of my core ideas for the movie was the theme of the dark side of Modernism and mechanistic thinking that dominates the current times. This was also one of the driving ideas behind the Dada movement. Enjoy the short film and please tell me what you think!

I’ll also note that the film was made with an Iphone 4 and Windows Movie Maker. This aspiring film maker needs some money to buy some real video editing software.
